SKEY Volume III

The Skey Vol.III (pronounced ‘Esky’) is another resource developed from the ‘Growing Apostles’ approach. There are two types of exercises in The Skey Vol.III to help young people connect and have time with God. The odd numbered pages are HEALTHY SNACKS and will only take a few minutes to do. The even numbered exercises are MAIN MEALS that will require 20 minutes or longer. Like The Fridge and The Skey Vol.I and Vol.II, this resource has seven sections which cover each soul food group, helping young people have a well balanced spiritual diet. The Soul Food Groups are: ‘God and I’, ‘Hanging Out’, ‘Serving Others’, ‘Doing Church’, ‘ Living Life’, ‘On a Mission’ and ‘Who am I’. There are a number of ways to use The Skey to help with regular spiritual exploration and contemplation.
