This module builds on Module L1 - Basic leadership skills. The aim of this module is to introduce the skills required for effective discussion leadership, drawing on the experiences of group participants. It also provides an opportunity to encourage feedback to discussion leaders in your group. When participants have completed the work for this module, they will be able to state the skills required to lead discussions effectively and determine some ways for enhancing their skills
