DIY L8 Decision Making

This module builds on Module L1 - Basic leadership skills. The aim of this module is to introduce a broad approach to decision-making with participants reflecting on the uses and abuses of certain styles within their faith community. When the participants have completed the work for this module, they will be able to demonstrate sensitivity to the different possibilities for effective decision-making, and to determine which forms of decision making they are most comfortable with.
